Research, Search, and Re-Search

the late 1800's...“They took pennies to picnics and dimes

Over The Edge: A 125 Year-Old Cache
- "Was it just a fluke? I swept the coil over the
surrounding area. Close listening wasn’t required. There were
“money” readings everywhere! It sounded like I was inside a
pinball machine, ringing up winnings. It was a cache!"
"Something hidden. Go and find it. Go and look
behind the ranges. Something lost behind the
Ranges - Lost and waiting for you. Go!"

ABOUT
ANDY ANGUS
Metal detectorist Andy Angus has more than 25 years
experience in the field (literally) in some of
the oddest places. He has a real enjoyment of the
work and has located many items both useful
and
interesting.
Andy lives in the peaceful countryside of Nova Scotia,
Canada, overlooking the scenic Cobequid Bay, but
services three Atlantic Provinces. He has his
Prospector's License and enjoys donating interesting
finds to local museums and historical societies.
Andy is popular with local farmers for obvious reasons,
and has also contributed to
Western & Eastern Treasures Magazine since 1990.

TESTIMONIALS
"I engaged Andy to conduct a grid
search on a long stretch of streambed for all metal pieces,
with particular attention to rusty galvanized steel pieces.
The water was about waist deep and each find area had to be
marked with a stake and later recorded by a surveyor. I was
very pleased with the work, and impressed with the mastery of
the equipment over the four days we spent together. I
would not hesitate to highly recommend Atlantica Metal
Detecting Services for any type of metal survey or search."

"Andy's a neighbour of
mine, so when I accidentally buried a big chain in
my driveway while spreading a load of shale, I knew
just who to call. I could tell Andy
approximately where to search, and I had the chain
back in my hand in minutes!"
